The Challenge
This patient came to us looking for a better smile. She felt self-conscious about stained, chipped, and crowded teeth with uneven contours.
She was shy about her smile and wanted an alternative to braces, since orthodontics was not an option for her.
The Solution
We followed our comprehensive diagnostic protocol, which included a complete set of X-rays, an intraoral digital scan, a review of medical and dental histories, and a clinical examination.
A mock-up revealed that 10 zirconia veneers on the upper jaw, plus a crown for a lower front tooth discolored by an old root canal, would achieve her ideal smile.
First Visit
Guided by the mock-up, we prepared her teeth—some more than others due to crowding and misalignment.
After taking final impressions, we placed temporary veneers so she could test her new smile.
Together with our lab technicians, we reviewed her preferences for macro and micro-aesthetic details.
Our lab then crafted the final zirconia veneers.
A few days later, the patient returned for the presentation and approval of the restorations. After bonding the veneers, we fine-tuned her bite.
The following day, she came back for X-rays and final photos.
She even documented her journey and was thrilled with the transformation, stating that she could hardly believe both the stunning result and the value she received.
