Problem
This patient was unhappy with the appearance of his smile. He wanted to improve the size of his teeth, repair chipped front teeth, and close the gaps between them.
Approach
Following our full diagnostic protocol—including photos, X-rays, medical and dental history, and a clinical exam—we created a digital mock-up.
We proposed 12 veneers on the upper jaw and 8 veneers on the lower jaw to enhance aesthetics, restore function, and create a harmonious smile.
First Visit
Using the mock-up as a guide, we prepared 12 upper teeth and 8 lower teeth, took final digital impressions, and placed 20 temporary veneers based on the new design.
Together with the patient and our lab technicians, we discussed cosmetic features and refined both macro and micro-aesthetic details.
Our lab crafted the final veneers, which were ready just a few days later.
Once the patient approved their appearance, we bonded the veneers and adjusted the bite. He then tested his new smile in real-life situations.
The following day, he returned for final bite adjustments, X-rays, and aesthetic photos.
Now, this young gentleman is thrilled with the size, look, and function of his new smile.
