The Challenge
The patient was extremely unhappy with the appearance and weight of her existing teeth and was concerned about the poor condition of her remaining natural teeth. She also struggled with chewing and overall oral comfort.

The Solution
After a comprehensive evaluation—including a CT scan, clinical examination, medical and dental history, and a full set of photographs—we determined that the remaining teeth were not restorable.
The recommended treatment plan was to extract all remaining teeth and place dental implants to support a full-arch All-on-4 zirconia prosthesis, restoring both function and aesthetics.
First Visit
On the day of surgery, all remaining teeth were extracted, and dental implants were placed in each jaw following the All-on-4 protocol.
A few days later, the patient received temporary removable dentures to wear during the healing phase. She used these temporaries for approximately six months while the implants fully integrated into the jawbone.
Second Visit
After the six-month healing period, implant integration was carefully evaluated. Final impressions were then taken to begin fabrication of the definitive zirconia prosthesis.
The following day, a plastic prototype was tried in to verify bite, function, and smile design. Once everything was confirmed, we met with the patient to review and finalize all aesthetic details.
Our dental laboratory then fabricated the final zirconia prosthesis. A few days later, the restorations were delivered, the bite was adjusted, and the patient was released to test her new teeth in real-life situations.
Two days later, she returned for final bite adjustments, delivery of a protective night guard, final photographs, and X-rays.
Today, the patient is extremely happy—chewing comfortably, pain-free, and confidently showing a beautiful new smile. The results truly speak for themselves.
