The Challenge
This patient came to us with a severely compromised smile. She had lost several teeth years ago and was wearing a partial removable denture that was uncomfortable and unpleasant. Her goal was to restore her smile and achieve a dazzling, confident look.
The Solution
We began with digital impressions to create a mock-up, a CT scan to evaluate bone structure for implants, and a full set of photographs following our Smile Design protocol. After a comprehensive oral analysis—considering her remaining teeth, missing teeth, function, and aesthetics—we proposed a treatment plan that combined dental implants, crowns, and veneers to achieve an ideal smile tailored to her facial features and anatomy.
First Visit
We prepared her teeth minimally for veneers using a matrix from the mock-up and provided temporaries for her to test aesthetics and function. The following day, we performed a minimally invasive implant surgery, ensuring a smooth recovery.
A few days later, we bonded her final veneers and crowns, instantly improving her smile. To temporarily replace the missing teeth where implants were healing, we created a removable partial denture until the final crowns could be placed.
Second Visit
Six months later, after the healing process, she returned for the implant restorations. We took digital impressions, fabricated the crowns, and within three days placed them with precise bite adjustments.
Final Result
The patient was amazed at both the aesthetics and the comfort of her new fixed teeth. She regained confidence, functionality, and the beauty of a natural-looking smile.
