Approach
After a complete clinical exam, a full set of photos, and a CT Scan we decided that to achieve Andrew’s expectations, a functional and long-lasting solution we will have to make full porcelain crowns in both arches due to worn teeth. We took a couple of impressions so we could do our prototype, with the right proportions of teeth.
Visit 1
One day after consultation we did extractions of broken teeth, implant placement, and sinus lift to have more support to place implants in the posterior area.
Two days later we did a final check so Andrew could go home. In his case, we did not put any temporary device because the extractions and empty spaces were in a non-visible area.
Visit 2
Six months later the patient came back for the restorative part, implants were completely integrated therefore we could restore them. We prepared the teeth to be saved and took impressions along with the implants. Then we put temporaries according to our prototype.
The patient went home for 3 weeks using temporaries and then he came back for another 3 days in a row. When he arrived, we did the esthetic try to test function fitting and esthetics.
End
The next day we delivered all the restorations, then checked the bite one more time. Now he is very happy looking amazing and chewing very comfortably.
