Problem
This 46-year-old lawyer was always conscious of his smile. He used braces in his 20s but was never happy with the results. Especially, with the shape of his upper incisors.
Approach
After the clinical examination, pictures, x-rays, a medical and dental history we started a mock-up to illustrate what the reach could be. It was discussed with the patient and he was happy with the prototypes.
Visit 1
We prepared the teeth, made impressions, and fitted him with the prototype temporary teeth. He went home the days after.
Visit 2
After a couple of weeks, our lab had the final restorations ready. He came in to test them. They were ready to be bonded.
End
The next day he came back to deliver the final restorations. He was impressed with the results.
We tested the bite the next days, delivered a mouthguard and he flew back home.
He is now very confident of his new smile and is thinking about having the lowers done next year.
