Life-Changing Transformation: Full Mouth All-on-6 Case Study for a Younger Patient

The Challenge

This young patient visited us facing a difficult reality: she had very few healthy teeth remaining. This “terminal dentition” had severely impacted her ability to chew and, more importantly, her self-confidence.

She came to Meza Dental seeking a permanent, life-changing solution that would look and feel natural.

The Solution

Following a comprehensive evaluation—including a 3D CBCT scan, clinical examination, and a thorough review of her medical history—we designed a “Total Rehabilitation” plan.

We decided to extract the remaining compromised teeth and place six dental implants per jaw. The All-on-6 protocol was chosen to provide maximum structural support and long-term bone preservation for her upper and lower arches.

Visit 1: The Foundation

During the first phase, we performed the extractions and placed the dental implants along with necessary bone grafting to ensure a solid foundation.

The patient was fitted with high-quality temporary dentures, allowing her to maintain aesthetics and function during the six-month osseointegration (healing) period. After a final post-operative check, she returned home to heal.

Visit 2: Precision Engineering

Six months later, the patient returned for her final restorations. We took high-precision digital impressions of the implants to begin the Digital Smile Design process.

The Prototype: Within 24 hours, a digital prototype was “test-driven” by the patient to verify bite alignment and facial harmony.

The Artistry: We collaborated closely with our on-site master lab technicians and the patient to select the custom aesthetic details, ensuring the shade and translucency matched her youthful features.

The Final Delivery: Five days later, her custom-milled Monolithic Zirconia superstructures were fitted.

The Result

After testing the restorations overnight, we performed minor refinements and delivered protective mouthguards. Today, she has regained 100% of her chewing function and hasn’t stopped smiling since.
