Full Smile Case Study:
Rehabilitation with Implants, Veneers, and Crowns
The Challenge
The patient was unhappy with the appearance of his smile and wanted a complete aesthetic and functional improvement. He presented with worn teeth, failing restorations, and several older implants that had never been restored with crowns.

The Solution
We began with a comprehensive clinical examination, which included his medical and dental history, a CT scan, and a full set of intraoral and extraoral photographs.
Upon reviewing the diagnostic information, we identified a functional bite issue contributing to the wear on several teeth, along with multiple restorations that needed replacement. We digitally mocked up the case to design an ideal functional and aesthetic outcome, presented it to the patient, and received approval to proceed.
First Visit
We removed all failing restorations and prepared the natural teeth for veneers and crowns. Final digital impressions were taken, including impressions for the unrestored implants.
Temporary restorations based on the approved mock-up were placed to allow the patient to preview the new smile. Together with the patient, we reviewed aesthetic preferences such as shape, color, and characterization so our skilled technicians could begin crafting the final restorations.
The following week, we presented the final restorations. Thanks to precise planning and clear communication, no adjustments were needed. We proceeded to bond all veneers, crowns, and implant restorations and performed a detailed bite adjustment.

The Result
The next day, the patient returned for final bite refinements, X-rays, and photographs.
He is now extremely pleased with his smile and feels confident again, thanks to a fully restored, functional, and natural-looking result.
