All-on-4® Dental Implants
Transform your smile with All-on-4 dental implants!
Meza Dental Care offers All-on-4® dental implants. The hybrid bridge is a screw-retained device supported by just four dental implants and replaces the entire arch of teeth.
It is the most functional option, and the result is that they are natural teeth. Compared to traditional dentures, it is a permanent solution that does not cover the palate and offers up to 95% of the chewing capacity.
One depends on the remaining bone mass, muscle strength, age, and budget. Six implants will provide better anchorage and durability than four.
However, sometimes, there is insufficient bone structure to support six dental implants, so the treatment must be on four.
Why choose All-on-4 dental implants?
- It can be done in just one day.
- Replace all teeth
- The feel and function are like natural teeth.
- They are fixed and placed.
- Allow eating all the foods you want.
- Preserves the jaw
A long-term solution is the best value.
What are the advantages of All-on-4 implants?
When patients come to our office, we have a procedure called a hybrid denture, commonly known as All on 4®.
This refers to removing all of a patient’s current natural teeth, replacing them with dental implants, and placing a fixed device over the implants screwed into place that won’t go in or out. It works, feels, and conforms very much to natural teeth.
After choosing this procedure, you can enjoy all the foods you like. You can bite into an apple, easily eat raw vegetables like salads, and also enjoy meat. Many people enjoy corn on the cob, which is also very easy to eat with a hybrid prosthesis. They are pretty and natural, and patients enjoy having them.
If you currently have problems with your dentures or have missing teeth, All on 4® is what you need!
It is an excellent procedure for patients with complete dentures or missing most or all of their teeth. Unfortunately, tooth loss is a common occurrence in adults. With dental implant technology, there is no need for discomfort or discomfort from dentures.
Opt for restitution with All-on-4® dental implants. All teeth in the upper or lower part of the mouth can be replaced with just four dental implants. They will set, feel, and work like natural teeth.
Do they take a long time to heal?
At Meza Dental Care, All 4® dental implants can transform your smile into something new in just a few visits.
You need to know that, although you may leave our office with a new smile achieved in one day, these mouth arches are only temporary. Implants (titanium screws) are surgically placed, which means that they require a healing period that must take place before they fully fuse in the jaw. We will inform you about the typical estimated time frame for each patient.
All-on-4 materials
Over the years, the materials used to restore these types of treatments have changed. The first generation used to be a metal framework seated on four implants, and the teeth on top were acrylic. This method was suitable for the technology available but needed a lot of repair work due to the low resistance of the materials.
The second generation was a metal framework covered with porcelain for better looks and strength, but the porcelain used to chip off sometimes.
Thanks to digital dentistry, the latest generation is the Zirconia structures. These are the strongest available today and the most natural-looking results.
Who can be a candidate for All-on-4® implants?
- Patients with missing teeth or teeth in poor shape need to have their teeth restored fully on either the lower or upper arch simultaneously.
- Patients who have enough bone to get the implants. If not, they will first have to get a bone graft done.
- Patients who have had their teeth extracted must wait 3-4 months for the bone and gums to heal before placing implants.
- If all the conditions are ideal, patients can have teeth extracted, bone grafts performed, and implants placed during the same surgery.
